Co-owners Gerry Valenti and Kate Perry opened the Georgetown Owl Market & Saloon in March 2025. Gerry lives in the center of Redding with his wife and family where he farms, gardens, and cooks up a storm. Kate lives just up the road in town with her husband and a menagerie of animals.
The Owl was created to celebrate the spirit of Georgetown and to offer a community-gathering space for our unique village.
